Fall favourites

Our preserved pears are a small-batch seasonal specialty featuring warm spices and citrus. Delicious on a cheese board, in a salad or as a simple dessert with creme fraiche or whipped cream.

Balsamic figs pair beautifully with peppery greens and flavourful feta or Parmesan for a festive salad. Whisk the balsamic brine with olive or walnut oil for a quick vinaigrette and serve as a lovely starter or side dish.

Fresh locally grown cranberries pair with zesty jalapenos in this irresistible jelly. It’s splendid with creamy Brie, makes a delicious glaze for roasted root vegetables, and is fantastic slathered into turkey sandwiches.
