Quick Ragarpeno Chicken

Banish boring weeknight chicken with this quick & easy dinner idea!

Grab a jar of your favourite pepper jelly - we used Ragarpeno here - and add a little sweet heat to your repertoire.

Just season chicken pieces with S+P, roast until nearly done then glaze with pepper jelly and finish cooking until beautifully burnished.

If you really like to turn up the heat, garnish with some of our pickled jalapenos!

Pepper jellies make a great glaze for all sorts of dishes and our five flavours offer lots of delicious possibilities.
