Blueberry Jam

Bursting with Qualicum-grown blueberries, this jam is delectable on scones or swirled into yogurt or oatmeal. Try it in a spritzer with sparkling water, lemon and fresh mint.

Ingredients: B.C. blueberries, natural cane sugar, pectin, fresh lemon juice.
