Turkey Nachos
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups leftover cooked turkey or chicken
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons Catie’s Salsa
2 - 3 cups grated cheeses
Cilantro & cherry tomatoes Preheat oven to 350°F
Saute turkey, onions and peppers in oil. Once cooked, add salsa and remove from heat.
Now in layers…
Chips, cheese, turkey mixture, repeat! On top, cheese, cilantro and cherry tomatoes.
On the middle rack, bake for 20 minutes, and few more under the broiler.
Serve with more salsa, pickled jalapeños , and your other favourite toppings.
