Qualicum Berry Creamsicles
Beat the summer heat with a refreshing, protein-packed treat that takes less than 5 minutes to prep. Our artisan berry jams, packed with the intense flavours of summer-fresh fruit, bring the perfect touch of sun-kissed sweetness to these 3-ingredient berry creamsicles.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups full-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk (or cream for extra richness)
1/3 cup Catie’s berry jam (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, or our signature 3-berry Qualicum blend used here)
Instructions:
The Base: Whisk the Greek yogurt and milk together in a bowl until smooth and easily pourable.
The Berry Swirl: Add your favourite Catie's berry jam to the bowl. Use a spoon to gently fold it in just 2 or 3 times. You want to leave deep, vibrant ribbons of jam streaking through the yogurt rather than blending it completely.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, drop in the sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
