Local free-range eggs from Springford Farm are pickled in a zesty brine of fresh dill, peppercorns, and jalapeños for a little extra kick.
Enjoy these straight up as a simple snack, topped with a sprinkle of flaky salt, pickled jalapeño, fresh dill or a shot of hot sauce.
They make a great addition to a charcuterie board or sliced onto a green salad. Or chop them up and mix with mayo and herbs for a tangy twist on egg salad!
